Anni is grateful to live where Eagles dance and Tall Elder Trees beacon Presence in the rural mountains of BC's Southern Interior. Anni works as an addictions and trauma integration therapist and couples therapist. As a Depth Psychology oriented practitioner who has worked in the field of human services for over 20 years, and as a resilient survivor of complex-trauma, Anni is passionate about how humans can experience true aliveness and live a life of purpose and deep meaning. Balancing her clinical practice with traditional teachings, Anni has been blessed for the last 14 years to be learning from Elders, plant medicines and traditional Indigenous and non-Indigenous ways for healing.
Also, vital parts of Anni's life is her family which includes her life partner, their family of four legged beloved (Dog and Horses), local Lakes and Mountains, Rock faces and abundant Forests. Anni also loves to cook, paint, sing, dance, create perennial gardens and contemplative soundscapes in community healing circles.
Credentials: Bachelor of Social Work (With Honours 2009 from UVIC), Masters in Counseling Psychology (University of Yorkville, 2015). Currently completing a 120 hours- Level 2Therapist NARM training for healing Developmental Trauma. Anni is a Registered Social Worker with the BC College of social workers, the Ontario College of social workers, the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers and is also a certified Expressive Arts Facilitator and Equine-Assisted Therapist.
