Learn Mindfulness and expressive practices through voice toning and Mantra singing to develop and cultivate inner Calm. Participants will be guided through introductory practices to encourage the training of the mind to come back to the present moment and meet what is here with kindness and courage. To join together with the group over 5 weeks offers support and encouragement as we learn to hone our practices, regardless of experience levels.. We will be exploring how to connect with the heart path where our Inner Wise Guide resides. Appropriate for all who wish for a safe and respectful space for practice.
